Supervisor & System Administrator Training (4 Days) Basic Configuration
Training (4-5 Days) Maximum class size for Training is 12 students.
Classes at customer site are fixed-price, plus all out-of-pocket
expenses. Customer must supply all computer systems, configured
and ready to go.
Purchasing Courseware
Falon Company prides itself on providing reference materials that
adhere to our strict quality standards, following the adult learning
theory model. Our training guides may be purchased for a reasonable
fee. Discounts are available for volume purchases. In addition,
our Supervisor and System Administrator classes are available for
licensing.
Supervisor Training
A 2-day course for supervisors and users. This course covers all
of the basic Time and Attendance functions, beginning with an overview
of the system architecture. Students will learn to:
Record time with bar code
readers
Record elapsed time daily
and weekly
Correct employee time entries
Manage schedule exceptions
Record absences
Record time for entire groups
Summarize and approve time

Each student will tour your Time and Attendance
Application on a training PC, with hands-on exercises in problem
solving. A comprehensive courseware manual accompanies the class.
System Administrator
Training
A 2-day course for system administrators, where students will learn
how to set up and configure your Time and Attendance Application
to meet their own unique requirements using various maintenance
utilities. Here the System Administrator will learn how to set up:
Division dates
Indirect accounts
Operation order numbers
for labor reporting
Departments Work centers
Master schedules
Employee pay rates and benefits
Basic Configuration Training
A four and a half-day course on configuring your Automated Time and
Attendance System. The course includes:
Application Overview and
Architecture
Time processing and slicing
The 20 standard rules
Formulating a fit analysis
and flow charts

Students will learn to modify and enhance
Standard Rules and create new rules during 3 days of lab sessions.
Prerequisites for attending this class are Supervisor and System
Administrator courses, and preferably some payroll and programming
experience.

Software Support Policies
Hours of Service: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through
Friday, excluding holidays. Requesting Support Questions and problems
may be called in directly to the Help Desk, may be FAXed in, or
may be sent via e-mail. Response Time: Falon will respond to new
calls within two hours.
